Course booking policy
Gville Security Training Northern Ireland course booking policy.
When you request a course booking Gville Security Training Northern Ireland (GSTNI) will contact you to complete registration and payment details. GSTNI will confirm your booking by sending a booking confirmation to the email address provided. At this point the contract will be made, and GSTNI will supply the services in accordance with your booking or return the monies paid.
Please note that course bookings are provisional until such times as payment has been cleared.
Course cancellation and refund policy.
Each delegate is required to pay the full amount for a course at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by BACS or by using our payment portal.
Please be advised that if you book and then cancel a course 21 or more working days prior to the course commencement date a £50.00 fee will be retained as payment for the administration of the booking application. Course booking fees may be transferred to an alternative course (subject to availability).
If a written course cancellation notice is received and acknowledged by GSTNI then the following cancellation policy regarding fees payable will apply (please note that cancellation fees are applicable per delegate):

GSTNI reserves the right to refuse attendance on any course where course fees have not been paid on or before the course commencement date.
GSTNI may have to cancel bookings where fees have not cleared and reallocate spaces to other delegates whose course funds are fully paid. GSTNI reserves the right to cancel a course without notice should unforeseen circumstances occur; in this case a full refund of course fees already paid will be returned. GSTNI will not be held liable for any additional compensation or for costs incurred by candidates or organisations in the event of a course cancellation.
Refunds of course fees where candidates do not satisfy the 100% attendance requirement, or do not fully (or successfully) complete any course assessments (within specified timescales contained within the course joining instructions) will not be made.
Please ensure that all the information submitted to GSTNI is accurate and trueful. All course bookings are subject to the terms, conditions and cancellation policy as stated above.
